Deep Clean

Includes all Standard items clean plus:

  • Inside oven wipe down

  • Cabinet drawers, doors, and handles cleaned

  • Doors and door casings (hinges and jams)

  • Windows: streak-free interior cleaning

  • Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted and wiped down

  • Baseboards wiped down

  • Upholstery and all furniture hand vacuumed

  • Dusting of shutters and blinds

  • Dusting and wiping down air vents, light switches and outlets

  • Dusting window sills

  • Countertops and backsplash cleaned

  • Sinks cleaned & disinfected, chrome shined

Move-in or move-out clean

includes all standard and deep clean items plus:

  • **Can only be performed in vacant homes with electricity and water

  • Clean Inside of refrigerator

  • Clean Inside cabinets and drawers

Airbnb/short-term rental clean

  • Cleaning/polishing/disinfecting all appliances (exterior), stove tops, counter tops, sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers, glass doors, bathtubs and faucets

  • Outdoor furniture

  • Vacuuming of carpets, upholstery, and all furniture

  • Mopping of all floors

  • Light dusting of shutters, blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures, windowsills 

  • Dishes

  • Garbage emptied and removed from residence, replaced with fresh bags

  • All bedding, bath mats, hand towels and small rugs to be laundered and placed back out again for the next guests

  • Light cleaning of oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster/toaster ovens

  • Beds are made

  • Supplies (soap, coffee, creamers, paper towels) to be restocked, per the request of the owner
